Instructions for Setting Up Your Family Medical Card

1. Emergency Contacts

Use the "Address Book - Medical Card" database to add important emergency contacts:

• Open the "Emergency Contacts" view
• Add family members, doctors, and other essential contacts
• Include phone numbers and relationships for quick reference

2. Allergy Information

Utilize the "Allergy List - Medical Card" database to record allergies:

• Access the "Allergy List" view
• Add known allergies for each family member
• Include severity and any specific instructions for each allergy

3. Medication Management

Use the "Medication - Medical Card" database to track medications:

• Open the "Current Medications" view for active prescriptions
