Here is a list of instructions for using the Guest Manager Notion Planner.

- Adding Guests
- Click on the “New” button at the top or at the bottom of the Guest Manager database to add new guests.
- To delete one guest or many guests, select the entry and click “Delete”
- Entering Guest Details
- Name: Enter the guest's full name.
- Email: Provide the guest's email address.
- Phone Number: Enter the guest's contact number.
- Address: Include the guest's address if needed.
- RSVP Status: Update the guest's RSVP status (e.g., Invited, Attending, Not Attending, Pending).
- Notes: Add any additional notes or details about the guest (e.g., dietary restrictions, plus-one information).
- You can also drag and drop the entry into their new groups (Ex. Attending) to update entries
- Editing the Wedding Invitation
- Replace the "Save the Date" image with your own by clicking the three dots that appear when you hover over the image. Alternatively, use the Canva template link to edit the one I’ve already made for you.
- This can be used for visual reference and design inspiration during your planning.
- Using the Note Pad
- Clicking on the note pad section with the red push pin icon to jot down any quick notes, reminders, or ideas.
- This section is perfect for keeping track of to-dos or important details.
- Accessing Template Links
- Click on Template Links page to view and use various templates related to wedding planning.
- These templates can help you organize different aspects of your wedding beyond just guest management.
- Manage Event Guest Databases
- Visit the Event Guest Manager Databases link to access other related databases.
- This includes sub-databases for specific events, tasks, or additional guest information.
